Children are and have been an integral part of my life being grown up in a large family. It is easy for me to relate to any issue of a kid of any age. It was the warmth and the trust my elders showered on me that I can look back in bliss and know that children need attention in the right manner before they ask for it. Understanding a child’s psychology isn’t as difficult as moving the Himalaya’s to the south. They are so pure and unblemished with their innocent behaviour and thoughts that comprehending their minds becomes as smooth as whipped butter!

Over the past 5 years, I have come across a beautiful conglomeration of kids with varied intelligence and skills. My focus is to bring out the maximum potential these kids can perform without being pressurized and agonized in the name of scoring high. A lot goes in while teaching them to perform effortlessly. Counseling to address a blocking situation in understanding a difficult topic in a subject or overcoming the fright of certain sections of math.  Improving their general knowledge for understanding the necessity of the education and the laurels achieved by performing at the top. Showing them the path to succeed and also making them aware of the options available in case they find it difficult to achieve the expectations. These are just some of the things that I do any given day of teaching.

Teaching is a great responsibility as it involves shaping the intellectual character of a kid. There are times when I have faced huge challenge in blending with the thought process of a kid who feels studies are never important to be happy in life ..in fact that’s true to a great extent. Our ancestors with minimum or no education, where happy folks, content and leading a decent happy life!. Who am I to argue that studies is the only way to be happy  . Now, here I help the kid understand the need of good scores in the current times to excel above all and have a great future. 

In a nutshell, it’s been a wonderful journey being around kids and they have changed my thought process to take life in the simplest form as it brings across new challenges. They have thought me to accept and smile at my shortcomings and work on it every day. The trust they have on me has given me immense happiness and I long to be around them as long as it takes and as much as I can.

There is no bigger blessing than being around with these pure beautiful souls. There is no better worship than helping these beautiful souls understand the beauty of life.
